Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the C1001 from Weymore Lane to the River Teme, Buckton, Leintwardine, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: C1001 from Weymore Lane to the River Teme between the junction of the C1001 and A4113 and the junction of the C1001 and the U92003 OS Grid Ref: 338464 / 273348. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1001 West towards Parsons Pole South on the C1001 towards Brampton Bryan onto the A4113 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the safe access to the overhead network and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 30th January 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 2 weeks.
