Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U65412 Church Lane, Bromyard, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to
temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U65412 Church Lane outside The Heritage Centre OS Grid Ref: 365417 / 254794. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Rowberry Street onto Church Street onto Station Road onto Church Lane and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation of a new gas connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 29th January 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
