To Whom It May Concern: I Colin Le Boutillier do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of our Premises Licence at York Place, LL32 8AB, known as Capel Tabernacl The application is to:-

Provision of Films Mon - Sun 0800-2300 Late Night Refreshments Mon - Sun 0800-2300 Supply of Alcohol on the premises Mon - Sun 0800-2300 Opening Hours Mon - Sun 0800-2300

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
