NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Oxfordshire County Council proposes to install two zebra crossings to facilitate the safe movement of pedestrians, centred at the following locations on Newlands Drive in Grove:
1. approx. 34 metres south of its junction with Columbia Way,
2. approx. 36 metres south of its junction with SavileWay.

B4044 WEST WAY, NORTH HINKSEY: PROPOSED PUFFIN CROSSING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Oxfordshire County Council proposes to install a puffin crossing (signalled crossings for use by pedestrians only) on the B4044 West Way, Botley:
? approx. 20 metres north east of its junction with Poplar Road.
The new crossing will replace the existing pelican crossing at this location, with the layout also being amended to remove the existing stagger between the crossings.

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING
AND PERMITTED PARKING) (VARIATION NO. xx) ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County
Council proposes to make the above order underthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order will further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - West Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2012. The effect of the order is to introduce an area of 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) on London Road in Chipping Norton, on the south side from a point 18 metres west of the eastern kerbline of Rockhill Farm Court, eastwards for a distance of 62 metres. This will cover a new access road (T-junction) to development east of Holy Trinity School.

(VARIOUS ROADS - WEST OXFORDSHIRE)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING) (WOODSTOCK) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 15 January 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above experimental order under Section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to prevent parking and loading around Woodstock Market Place to enable free movement for local buses to navigate the Market Place as part of their scheduled routes. Prohibition of Waiting (Double Yellow lines) already exists and this will be enhanced with a prohibition of stopping and waiting for loading or unloading, including no exemption for disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into force on 1 February 2018
and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months with the first 6 months being the public consultation and monitoring period. The Order contains provisions allowing the County Council's Director for Communities/Infrastructure Delivery to modify or suspend the order or any provisions of the Order in accordance with section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. If the provisions of this Experimental Order are made permanent, the measures will be added to the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads, West
Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Permitted Parking) Order 2012 (as amended).

(b) if that Order is varied by any order made by the County Council or modified by the Director for Environment and Economy of the County Council pursuant to section 10(2) of the 1984 Act, beginning with the day on which the variation or modification comes into force.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County
Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The new CPZ order (1.) will take the listed roads from the existing (2.) City of Oxford (Donnington Area) (Traffic Management) (Consolidation) Order 1997 (as amended). Schedules 1, 2 & 3 of The City of the Oxford (Donnington Area) (Traffic Management) (Consolidation) Order 1997 (as amended) insofar as they refer to the roads listed below, will be amended by removing those roads and inserting them into the proposed CPZ order.
Order 3.) has a corresponding adjustment to the schedules relating to the inclusion within the list of CPZ's for which Electric Vehicle Charging places are provided.
The existing prohibition of waiting at any time (double yellow lines) in the below named roads will remain as marked and current unmarked areas will become controlled for permit holders and limited parking.
The effect of the orders is to introduce a new Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) in the following roads within the area known as Iffley Fields - Argyle Street, Bedford Street, Chester Street, Daubeny Road, Fairacres Road, Parker Street, Stratford Street, Warwick Street.
1. In these roads Permit Holders parking throughout all hours of the day, with 2 hour non-resident waiting permitted 8am to 6.30pm no return within 2 hours.
2. In Chester Street, Daubeny Road, Fairacres there will also be included areas for 2 hours general waiting (permit holders exempt) all days between 8am & 6.30pm all days with no restrictions from 6.30pm to 8am.
Residents of the above streets only may apply for Residents Permits at an annual cost of * £60 and renewable on the anniversary of the first issue. Visitors Permits can also be applied for by residents and are issued as a maximum of 50 days worth of Visitors Permits per 12 months and provided in blocks of 25. The first block of 25 visitors permits will be free and the second block of 25 will be *£20 (80p per permit) index linked. Visitors permits for residents aged 70 or over will be free of charge. A Resident (Short-term) of the age of 17 years or more is entitled to up to 25 days worth of Visitors' Permits which will be free of charge. Residents' permits will be limited to one per resident but with a maximum of two permits per property. A resident may obtain a temporary permit for a replacement vehicle while their permanent vehicle is off the road. A person who is temporarily resident at an address in the Zone roads for work purposes will be eligible for a residents' permit. A resident who is temporarily resident for study purposes does not qualify.
? All charges will be index linked according to the Retail Price Index and may be reviewed accordingly in 2018. Permits may be withdrawn if not used in accordance with the provisions of the Order or if they have been abused. This may result in suspension of eligibility for further permits.
Contractors may apply for a permit to use a visitors parking place at a charge of £20 index linked for any period not exceeding one week. Business permits will be available for businesses within the Zone. Permits will be limited to a maximum of two permits per business. Permits will be vehicle specific. The charge for each business permit will be £100 per annum (or £25 for 3 months and £50 for 6 months). A business permit may only be used where it is essential for business purposes. Hotels visitors' permits will be available for paying guests at the hotels or guest houses in the Zone. The charge for each hotel visitors' permit will be £1 per day.
All permits will be Zone specific with the identification code of "FS". A permit may be withdrawn if the permit has not been used in accordance with the provisions of the Order where it has been abused. This may result in suspension of eligibility for further permits.
Parking places may only be used by motor cycles and vehicles which do not exceed 2.25 tonnes,
2 metres high (exclusive of any attachments), 5 metres long and 2 metres wide. Motor Cycles may also use designated parking places.
Exemptions to the waiting restrictions and areas of permit restrictions will be subject to the following exemptions: disabled badge holders (maximum of
3 hours where there is 'no waiting'), active loading and unloading, people boarding or alighting a vehicle, the emergency services, universal service providers, vehicles being used in connection with road works, the utility services and official funeral vehicles.
There are excluded from the above lengths of road any Disabled Persons' Parking Places, Car Club Parking Places or Electric Vehicle Charging places.
