Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2193 Gorst Hill Rock, Kidderminster from its junction with U10006 Dark Lane to its junction with U10005 Gorst Hill Road in orderto facilitate Western Power works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U10005 Gorst Hill Road, C2021 Bliss Gate Road, C2193 Gorst Hill and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
4 days Commencing: 23 January 2018.
(U11400 Kingsway, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed order: to close that part of U11400 Kingsway, Stourport on Severn from its junction with U11401 Torridon Close for a distance of 166 metres in a northerly direction to its junction with A451 Minster Road in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: A451 Minster Road, B4195 Worcester Street, B4195 Bewdley Road, B4195 Bewdley Road North, U11400 Burlish Crossing, U11400 Kingsway and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 12 February 2018.

(Mill Street, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Mill Street, Kidderminster from its junction with Puxton Lane to its junction with Bradley Thursfield Court in order to facilitate new supply works by Western Power. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: A442 Proud Cross Ringway, A456 Park Butts Ringway, Lower Mill Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 22 January 2018.
Worcestershire County Council (Wyre Forest District - Non-Urban area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Hemming Way, Chaddesley Corbett]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side ofroad in Chaddesley Corbett:-HemmingWay TurningHead (south west side) from apoint201 metres eastthen south westofits junction with C2017 in a south westerly, south easterly then north easterly direction for a distance of 45.8 metres (around turning head at the southern end of road). The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which providesfor civil enforcementofcontraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
Acopyofthe draftOrder, relevantplan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
