(C2004 Shaw Lane, Stoke Prior)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2004 Shaw Lane, Stoke Prior in two sections:-
(a) Section 1 - from its junction with U42015 Church Lane to itsjunction with Causeway Meadows.
(b) Section 2 - from itsjunction with Jubilee Close to itsjunction with Whynot Close. The Order is being made to facilitate safety examination work by Network Rail.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative routes: C2004 Shaw Lane, B4091 Hanbury Road, A38 Redditch Road, A38 Worcester Road, A38
Motorway junction, M5 junction of 5 to junction 6 on slip, C2004 Stoke Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights(22:00pm - 06:00am) Commencing: 8 February 2018.
(C2176 Dusthouse Lane, Finstall, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2176 Dusthouse Lane, Finstall, Bromsgrove from its junction with U22014 Grimley Lane for a distance of 445 metres in an easterly direction in order to facilitate utility works by BT Open Reach.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U22014 Walnut Lane, B4184 Finstall Road, B4184 Alcester Road, C2176 Curtis House, C2176 Dusthouse Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 21 January 2018. C2045 Copyholt Lane, Stoke Pound, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2045 Copyholt Lane, Stoke Pound. Bromsgrove from its junction with U22205 Banks Green to its junction with C2045 Holyoakes Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2045 Holyoakes Lane, B4184 Alcester Road, U22207 High House Lane, U22206 Sheltwood Lane, C2045 Copyholt Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 8 February 2018. (U20619 The Hedgerows, Romsley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of U20619 The Hedgerows, Romsley from itsjunction with C2002 St Kenelms Road for the entire length in order to facilitate water mains renewal works by South Staffs Water. Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No through road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 21 daysCommencing: 12 February 2018. (U23410 Gorsey Lane, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close U23410 Gorsey Lane, Bromsgrove from its junction with C2180 Alcester Road to its junction with C2041 Station Road in order to facilitate resurfacing works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2180 Alcester Road, A345 Alcester Road (roundabout), C2041 Station Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 12 February 2018.
Worcestershire County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Regents Park Road and Abbey Close, Bromsgrove]
Worcestershire CountyCouncil are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be to prohibitwaiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bromsgrove:-
RegentsParkRoad (north eastside)from itsjunction with AbbeyCloseto its junction with Slideslow Roundabout; from its junction with Abbey Close for a distance of 15.3 metres in a south easterly direction; (south west side) from apoint10metres north westofits junction with Green Park Road to its junction with Slideslow Roundabout. Abbey Close (west side) from its junction with Regents Park Road for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction; (eastside) from its junction with Regents Park Road for adistance of14.3 metres in a northerlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be to prohibitwaiting at any time on the following lengths ofroad in Bromsgrove:-
All Saints Place (north side) from a point 10.9 metres west of its junction with All Saints Road for a distance of 2.3 metres in a northerly direction (towards private road junction); from a point 20.7 metres west of its junction with All Saints Road for a distance of 27.8 metres in a westerly direction; (south west side) from a point 5.6 metres north west of its junction with All Saints Road for a distance of 18.5 metres in a north westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waitingprohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposesand limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Worcestershire County Council (Windmill Avenue (Service Road) Rubery, Bromsgrove) (One-Way Traffic)
Order 2018
On 4 January 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to impose a one way traffic Order on the following road in Rubery, Bromsgrove:-
Windmill Avenue (Service Road) for its entire length. Traffic may only proceed in a southerly direction. The Order will not apply to road cleansing vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 25 January 2018.
A copyofthe Order, relevantmap and StatementofReasons for making the Order may be inspected atWorcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
