Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence Boxpark Trading Limited has given to Croydon Council an application for Variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Boxpark Bar (BoxBar), Units 22-26, Boxpark, Croydon, 99 George Street, Croydon, CRO 1LD. A brief description of the proposed variation is: to vary the hours for sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 1100 hours until 0100 (the following morning). To vary the opening hours on Monday to Sunday from 0800 hours until 0130 (the following morning). The Licensing Register of Croydon Council is kept at 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA and where applicable at www.croydon.gov.uk.
The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Croydon Council to be received at their above address by no later than 13 February 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
