Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the C1052 Leysters to Bockleton Road, Leysters Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles from The Pound House to Leysters Cottage OS Grid Ref: 356693 / 262785. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A4112 onto Bockleton Road on to the C1052 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation of a new telecommunications service and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 7th February 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
