NOTICE OF INVITATIONS TO TENDER (ITT’s) PUBLICATION – Urchfont Parish Council will be issuing Invitations to Tender on 20th January 2018 for two contracts commencing on 1st April 2018 for five years: 1. Parish Grounds Maintenance - covering grass cutting, hedge cutting, weed control, leaf / litter clearance and maintenance of the Parish Cemetery and Community playground area. 2. Emptying of Litter Bins in the Parish Contractors interested in submitting tender(s) are invited to contact the Clerk to the Council by email (clerk@urchfont-pc.gov.uk) as soon as possible so that the ITT’s can sent out on the issue date; the tender submission deadline is 1600hrs on 17th February 2018. Contractors are invited to tender for one or both contracts. The results of the Council evaluation of tenders, during which the Council will primarily consider best value for money and the ability to consistently provide a good quality of service, will be announced by 3rd March 2018.
