FOOTPATH 55, DARLINGTON (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE), ORDER 2018
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
FOOTPATH 55, DARLINGTON
From its junction with McMullen Road eastwards for 8metres.
An alternative route will be signed on site.
The Order is necessary to enable construction of a new road.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 5th February 2018, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 months.
