(REAR WYKES CLOSE, SEDGEFIELD) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE)
ORDER 2018 The Council proposes in not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, to close to all pedestrian traffic a 23m length of footpath to the rear of 15-17 Wykes Close, Sedgefield by reason of new dwelling construction works to be undertaken. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under the Order is 6 months and is required from 29/01/18 for the duration of the works anticipated to be 20 weeks. However, on rare occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Alternative route: There is no alternative route available. Dated: 12 January 2018.
