THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) (Various roads, Wycombe District) Order, 2018, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in various roads in [Wycombe District] as specified in the Schedule below. The closures are required whilst bridge works take place between [29 January 2018] and [27 April 2018]. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 January 2018 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
SCHEDULE - “AR” = Alternative West Lane, Bledlow from Chinnor Road to Church End. 0700 hours and 1900 hours. AR-Chinnor Road, Perry Lane and Church End. Perry Lane, Bledlow from Lower Icknield Way to Church End. 0700 hours and 1900 hours. AR-Church End, West Lane amd Chinnor Road. Grove Lane, Little Kimble from A4010 to Marsh Road Junction. 0900 hours and 1500 hours. AR-Grove Lane, Lower Icknield Way, Askett Village Lane, Aylesbury Road, Risborough Road and Station Road. Summerleys Road, Princes Risborough from Manor Park Avenue to Lower Icknield Way. 0930 hours and 1530 hours. AR-Summerleys Road, Lower Icknield Way, Thame Road, Longwick Road, Aylesbury Road, New Road, Horns Lane, Bell Street, Wycombe Road and Station Road. Priory Road, High Wycombe from Castle Street to Priory Avenue. 0930 hours and 1530 hours. AR- Priory Avenue, Benjamin Road, Temple End, Hughenden Road, Glenisters Road, Frogmoor, Arch Way, Oxford Road, Abbey Way, Abbey Way Gyratory, Queen Victoria Road, Easton Street, High Street, Crendon Street and Castle Street. Slough Lane, Saunderton from Wycombe Road to Saunderton Vale. 0700 hours and 1900 hours. AR- Slough Lane, Loxboro Hill, Chinnor Road, Haw Lane and Wycombe Road. Dated: 19 January 2018 The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Bridleway No.15, Hughenden) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order, 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Bridleway No.15, Hughenden from a point approximately 31 metres North east of the junction with Public Footpath No.13 Hughenden, to a point approximately 172 metres South West to junction with Public Footpath No.88 Hughenden. Alternative route: Bridleway users moving east will strike north 50m before turning east along the edge of the existing National Trust car park and then turn south, skirting the Stable Block to rejoin the Bridleway beyond the car park, a total distance of approximately 140m. Bridleway users moving west will strike north 40m skirting around the Stable Block before turning west through the existing National Trust car park and then turn south to rejoin the Bridleway beyond the car park. The closure is required in the interest of public safety whilst a 110mm uPVC foul water sewer and two 150mm uPVC communication ducts are layed within the bridleway. The Order will come into operation on 29th January 2018, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months. The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (A404 Amersham Road, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2018 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in A404 Amersham Road from its junction with Maybrook Gardens to its junction with Terry Hill Drive. Alternative route: Amersham Road, Whielden Lane, Amersham Bypass, Gore Hill, Park Lane, London End, Wycombe End, Windsor End, White Hill, London Road, Knaves Beech, Station Road, Abbey Way, Abbey Way Gyratory, Queen Victoria Road, Crendon Street and Amersham Hill. The closure is required whilst street lighting repair works take place commencing on 1 February 2018 between 22:00 and 05:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 February 2018, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 19 January 2018 The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Chapman Lane, Flackwell Heath in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2018 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chapman Lane outside number 6. Alternative route: Chapman Lane, Highlands, Greenlands and Straight Bit. The closure is required whilst gas service works take place commencing on 5 February 2018 between 0800 and 1800. The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 February 2018, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 19 January 2018 The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Beaumont Way, Hazlemere) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order, 2018, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from waiting in Beaumont Way, Hazlemere which commences for 60 metres from junction of Holmer Green Road. The restriction is required to enable large vehicles to access construction site whilst works take place commencing on 06 February 2018 for 9 months. The proposed Order will come into operation on 06 February 2018, as signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months duration. Dated: 19 January

The above Order, made on 9th January 2018 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath running from point A on the order plan annexed hereto at the junction with the Marlow Road at SU79012-92519 generally south for approximately 80 metres to point B at SU79003-92440 then south east for approximately 20 metres to point C at SU79014-92424 shown by a bold continuous line, to a line running from point D on the order plan annexed hereto at SU79018-92519 in a south south east direction for approximately 38 metres to point F at SU79028-92483 then in a south south west direction for approximately 44 metres to point I at SU79020-92436 then in a westerly direction for approximately 12 metres to point J at SU79013-92430 then in a southerly direction for approximately 8 metres to point C at SU79014-92424 as shown by a broken black line and having a width of 3m between points D-E and 4m between points E-G with a pinch point with a width of 1.2m width at point G and a 3m width between points G-H and a 2m width between points H-C.
A copy of the Order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at County Hall, Aylesbury and High Wycombe Library, Eden Place during normal opening hours. Copies of the order and map may be purchased from the County Council at a cost of £5.00 at the address given below. Any representations about or objections to the Order maybe sent in writing to the Head of Planning and Environment, Definitive Map and Local Land Charges Team, 7th Floor, Buckinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP20 1UA by no later than 16th February 2018 or email hfrancis@buckscc.gov.uk . Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Buckinghamshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice, open to public inspection.
