LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence
We, Metal Culture Limited hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Chalkwell Hall (including outside decking), Chalkwell Park, Chalkwell Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS0 8NB. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises Sunday to Thursday 10:00hrs - 22:00hrs + Friday & Saturday 10:00 - Midnight. Late night refreshment on Friday & Saturday 23:00 - 01:00 and the provision of regulated entertainment comprising of: plays, films, live music, recorded music and performances of dance, and anything of a similar description. Sunday to Thursday 10:00hrs - 22:30hrs + Friday & Saturday 10:00 - 01:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 13 February 2018 Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13) , Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale.
