Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U47626 Brickyard Lane, Drakes Broughton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of U47626 Brickyard Lane, Drakes Broughton from its junction with C2222 Walcot Lane to its junction with B4084 Worcester Road in order to facilitate new connection works by Severn Trent.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4084 Worcester Road, C2115 Stonebow Road, C2222 Walcot Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 16 January 2018.
(U41006 Lower Town/Kennels Lane, Fernhill Heath)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of U4100 Lower Town/Kennels Lane, Fernhill Heath from itsjunction with C2138 Dilmore Lane to itsjunction with U41008 Station Road in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surface works by WCC. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2138 Dilmore Lane, A38 Droitwich Road, U41008 Station Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 5 February

(Link Footpath F50443 Cherwell Close, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of Link Footpath F50443 Cherwell Close, Worcester from the rear end of Link Footpath F50443 Cherwell Close for a distance of 50 metres in a westerly direction in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Link Footpath F50443, U51338 Cherwell Close and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 15 January

(U50118 Somerset Place, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of U50118 Somerset Place, Worcester from its junction with U50123 Cumberland Street to its junction with U50116 Lansdowne Road in order to facilitate new connection works by Severn Trent. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50123 Cumberland Street, U50119 Lansdowne Street and U50116 Landsdowne Road.

Order made: to close that part of U63206 Southfield Street, Worcester from its
junction with U50102 Middle Street to itsjunction with U50109 East Street in order
to facilitate trial hole investigation works by WCC maintenance.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U50102 Middle Street, U50110 Arboretum Road, U50109 East
Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 17 January

(City ofWorcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Foley Road, Georgina Avenue and Margaret Road, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibitwaiting at anytime on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Worcester:-Foley Road (north west side) from a point 64 metres north east of its junction with Malvern Road to a point10 metres north eastofits junction with Foley Walk; (south east side) from its junction with Georgina Avenue for a distance of 15.8 metres in a south westerly direction and 10 metres in a north easterly direction. Georgina Avenue (both sides) from its junction with Foley Road for a distance of13 metres in a south easterly direction; (south side) from its junction with Margaret Road for a distance of 15.8 metres in a north westerly direction and 10 metres in an easterly direction. Margaret Road (west side) from its junction with Georgina Avenue for a distance of 11.5 metres in a southerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Georgina Avenue for a distance of13.8 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Solitaire Avenue (both sides) from its junction with Brookside Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side ofroad in Worcester:-
Westmount Close (south side) from the further most western highway limit boundary for a distance of2.7 metres in an easterly direction; the length ofthe space will be 6.6 metres.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
