Application for a Premises Licence*/ Club Premises Certificate*
I Farshid Karimaghaee hereby give notice that I have applied to Epsom and Ewell Borough Council for a Premises LicenceVClub Premises Certificate* for premises known as and situate at Sanchos Grill 67 Poole Road, Epsom, KT19 9SQ. It is proposed that the following relevant licensable activities will be carried on or from the premises: Provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23.00 till 02.00am. Open to public Monday to Sunday 11.00 till 02.00am.
Any Other Person or Responsible Authority wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than 12/02/2018. Representations must be submitted to: Grants and Licensing Team, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY. A copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
