Proposed Development at The Chicken Shed, Little Simpsons, New Road, Letchmore Heath, Herts WD25 8ED Take notice that application is being made by Mr RP Leon of Cobstar Ltd for Alterations providing a new roof, timber cladding above a brick plinth, new windows and doors, glazed oak framed entrance porch and single storey side extension together with change of use from agriculture to office (Use Class B1 (a)) to the Local Planning Authority Hertsmere Borough Council at Planning Department, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood Herts WD61 DA. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
