LICENSING ACT 2003 (PREMISES & CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATES) REGULATIONS 2005
Notice is hereby given that Savers Health and Beauty Limited of Unit 23 Totton Shopping Centre Commercial Road Totton SO40 3BX has applied to New Forest District Council for a premises licence. The activities proposed to be carried on from the premises are set out as follows: The sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises, Monday -Saturday, 08:30 -18:30, Sunday, 10:00 -17:00, (Between 14th November - 24th December each year an end time of 20:00). This application can be inspected in person at the below posy address (weekdays 09:00 to 15:00 by appointment) or on the New Forest District Council's Website at www.newforest.gov.uk. Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, New Forest District Council Appletree Court Lyndhurst S043 7PA, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than: 8th February 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
