PROPOSED PARKING AMENDMENTS BEAUMONT ROAD, BORDON WALK, CAVENDISH ROAD, HERSHAM CLOSE, HOLYBOURNE AVENUE, INNER PARK ROAD, KINGSMERE ROAD, MURFETT CLOSE, SMITHWOOD CLOSE, SOUTHMEAD ROAD, STOFORD CLOSE, VICTORIA DRIVE
The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 529) Order 2018 The Wandsworth (Clapham South) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2018 The Wandsworth (West Hill) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 8th January 2018 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order will be:
(a) in Victoria Drive to:
(i) install double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions:
(A) on the south-west side, at the junction with Murfett Close;
(B) on the north-east side, 176.5 metres between the junctions with Albert Drive and Frimley Close;
(C) on the east side, 70 metres between the junctions with Smithwood Close;
(ii) install single yellow line waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday 10am - 11am on the south-west side outside Nos. 110 to 120 Victoria Drive;
(iii) convert single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions on the north-east side outside No. 115 Victoria Drive and on the south-west side between the junctions with Penner Close and Campen Close;
(iv) convert the hours of operation of the single yellow line waiting restrictions on the south-west side adjacent to No. 23 Penner Close from Monday - Saturday 7am - 7pm to Monday - Friday 10am - 11am; and
(v) extend the single yellow line waiting restrictions on the west side outside No. 92 Victoria Drive;
(b) in Beaumont Road extend the double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions on the west side between the junctions with Castlecombe Drive and Littlecote Close;
(c) in Bordon Walk install double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions at the junction with Hersham Close;
(d) in Cavendish Road extend the double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions on the north-east side opposite No. 362 Cavendish Road;
(e) in Hersham Close install double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions on the west side at the junctions with Bordon Walk and Holybourne Avenue;
(1) in Holybourne Avenue install double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions on the south-west side opposite the junction with Hersham Close;
(g) in Inner Park Road (north to south arm), the north-west side to:
(i) extend the double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions at the junction with Inner Park Road (southern west to east arm) by 7.5 metres; and
(ii) extend the single yellow line waiting restrictions outside No. 90 Inner Park Road by 5 metres;
(h) in Kingsmere Road, extend the single yellow line waiting restriction on the northwest side adjacent to No. 92 Victoria Drive;
(i) in Murfett Close, install double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions at the junction with Victoria Drive;
(j) in Smithwood Close install double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions at the junctions with Victoria Drive;
(k) in Southmead Road install double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions at the junction with Stoford Close; and
(I) in Stoford Close install double yellow line 'at any time' waiting restrictions in the
south to north arm.
3. The general effect of the West Hill Parking Places Order will be to revoke the parking place on the north-west side of Kingsmere Road adjacent to No. 92 Victoria Drive.
4. The general effect of the Clapham South Parking Places Order will be to remove 13 metres of parking space on the north-east side of Cavendish Road opposite Nos. 352 to 362 Cavendish Road.

6. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 29th January 2018, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
7. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Department of Environment and Community Services at the address given below.
8. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
