ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (ROSE STREET [TEMPORARY] CAR PARK) ORDER 2018
Take notice that Wokingham Borough Council ("the Council") as Traffic Authority HAS MADE the above named Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 33, 34, 35, 35A, 37, 39, 44 and 124 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the 1984 Act") and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 all other enabling powers, the effect of which will amend the Schedule to the WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS OFF-STREET BOROUGH CAR PARKS) (CIVIL PARKING ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2017, ("the 2017 Order") to apply car parking charges and restrictions as specified in the schedule below relating to the Rose Street (Temporary) Car Park, Rose Street, Wokingham following the acquisition of the land by Wokingham Borough Council. In all other respects the provisions of the 2017 Order will continue in full force and effect. The Order was made on the 8th day of January 2018 and will come into operation on the 22nd day of January 2018.

Copies of the order, and of all other relevant documents are available for inspection until the end of a period of six weeks from the date the orders were made between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday at: Highways and Transport, Wokingham Borough Council, Shute End, Wokingham RG40 1WH. These documents are also available to view online at www.wokingham.gov.uk/tro . Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of Its provisions on the grounds that It not within the powers conferred by the above provisions of the 1984 Act as amended, or that any procedural requirement contained in an instrument made under that Act has not been complied
with may within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for that purpose to the High Court.
