LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: A&A Plus Bull Lane RG42 2LN Notice is given that Hatice Anil Bunker has applied to Bracknell Forest Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are: Late night food (Kebab Van) Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 23:00 until 24:00 Friday and Saturday 23:00 until 01:00 Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD or by email to licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by 30/01/2018 The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
