NOTICE OF NON-STATUTORY PUBLIC INQUIRY
COMMONS ACT 2006 SECTION 15(1) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN INSPECTOR HAS BEEN APPOINTED BY
The Borough of Poole, the Commons Registration Authority for the purpose of the above Act, to hold a public inquiry into and hear evidence regarding the application BOP/TVG0002/09/07/09 to register land known as Harbourside Park, Poole as a town or village green.
The inquiry will begin on Tuesday 23rd January 2018 at 10:30am and if necessary will continue on Wednesday 24th January 2018 at' The Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Poole.
