The Borough Council of Bolton has made an order, the effect of which, being operative from 12 January 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Windermere Avenue, from its northerly junction with Park Rd, to its southerly junction with Park Rd. The order is necessary due to resurfacing works which will last for approximately 1 week and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
