I give note that Goodwill Homes Ltd is applying to the Southampton City Council for planning permission: Construction of a four storey building comprising a ground floor office and three apartments above with associated landscaping, lighting, cycle parking and bin storage with access from Westend Road. Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Southampton City Council, Development Management, Southampton City Council, Lower Ground Floor, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
