Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Order to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following length of road: A350 Trowbridge Road (Part), Westbury and Heywood; from its junction with Bitham Park to its junction with Coach Road to enable DR Groundworks Limited to undertake construction work for a new roundabout as part of residential development works. The restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

Section 14(1) and Section 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Closure of: Church Street (Part), Trowbridge

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Church | Street (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Union Street to its junction with Silver Street. And to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way Order on the following lengths of road to facilitate local access and egress: (b) Church Street (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Union Street to its junction with Silver Street/ Roundstone Street; (c) Duke Street (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Church Street to a point 15m north east of that junction.

And to temporarily suspend the existing Prohibition of Driving Order on the following length of road to facilitate a diversion for traffic: (d) Roundstone Street (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with Church Street to a point approximately in line with the north-eastern elevation of No. 4 Roundstone Street. To enable: Wiltshire Council to undertake footway works. Alternative route: via Union Street - The Halve - Roundstone Street. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 1 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required on weekdays only until 5 February 2018. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative route via C134 East Tytherton (unaffected length) - C118 East Tytherton/Charlcott Hill - Turf House Lane - Wick Hill - C113 Maud Heaths Causeway - C134 East Tytherton (unaffected length) and vice versa. ThisOrder will come into operation on 10 January2018 and itisanticipated thatthe closure will be required until 12 January 2018.
