NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council propose to make the above Order the effect of which will be to regulate the waiting of vehicles as described in Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 4, and to introduce school entrance keep clear markings in Schedule 5.

In this Notice, the following abbreviations are used; St=Street, Terr=Terrace; N=north, E=east, S=south, W=west; NW=north-west, etc; NWrly=north-westerly etc; jct=junction; ctr=centre; w=with; m=metres; drn=direction.

Copies of the Orders and relevant plans may be examined at the Information Desks, Town Hall, Blackburn and Town Hall, Darwen Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays).
Written objections to the Orders, specifying the grounds thereof, should be sent to the undersigned to be received no later than 26th January 2018.
