GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH CKD12 KINGSWOOD STROUD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) Public Footpath CKD12 in the Parish of Kingswood from its junction with the B4060 and running in a generally west north westerly direction for approximately 240 metres. The closure is necessary to safeguard the public from construction works. This temporary closure Order came into force on the 12th July 2017.

Works have not been completed yet, so the Order has been extended by the Secretary of State for Transport until 11th July 2019 or until the works have been completed whichever is earliest.
