BOURNEMOUTH BOROUGH COUNCIL Gervis Place & Westover Road -Highway Structural Investigation & Remedial Works TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Bournemouth, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHAT & WHERE:
1. Gervis Place - No waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time
(suspension of bus stops) on the southern side of Gervis Place adjacent to the Lower Gardens, from its junction with Westover Road for a distance of approximately 110 metres to its junction with Old Christchurch Road (Bus Stand X)

2. Westover Road - No stopping at any time except buses on the western side of Westover Road adjacent to the Gardens, for a distance of approximately 55 metres from the southern end of the police bay to the extended boundary of property Nos. 11/12 (suspension of police bay and part of taxi rank for temporary relocation of bus stops)

3. Westover Road - Waiting prohibited at any time except hackney carriages on the eastern side of Westover Road, for a distance of 40 metres outside property Nos. 9 to 18 (suspension of payment parking place for temporary relocation of taxi rank) WHY: Highway structural investigation and remedial works on Gervis Place by Bournemouth Borough Council WHEN: Anticipated dates 4 January 2018 until 31st January 2018 ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
