The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, the effect of which, being operative from 10 January 2018, is to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Back Settle Street, from Leonard St to Morrison St. The Order is necessary due to water mains works which will last for approximately 5 weeks and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
