CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS COLLEGE ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a building development In George Street, they Intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrian and vehicular traffic movements in College Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place;
(a) College Road will be closed opposite 102 George Street;
(b) the three disabled bays in College Road opposite 102 George Street will be temporarily suspended to facilitate the works in progress;
(c) the western pedestrian footpath in College Road will be closed at its junction with George Street.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and vehicles involved in carrying out the works.
4. The Order will come into operation on 18 January 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 12 months. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

CROYDON COUNCIL PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF 24HR PAY AND DISPLAY PARKING WITHIN THE WANDLE SURFACE CAR PARK, CROYDON The Croydon (Off Street Parking Places) (No. 1) Traffic Order 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 02 January 2018 made the above Traffic Order under Sections 32, 35, 124 of, and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to amend the conditions of use of the Wandle Surface Pay and Display Car Park to allow the public to use the car park at any time (proposed tariffs below).

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 08 January 2018, can be inspected from 9am to 4pm, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, at the Enquiry Counter, "Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Wetherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.
4. Copies of the Order may be obtained from the Order Making Section, Parking Design, 6th Floor, Zone C, Bernard Wetherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1 EA.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS FRITH ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer repair works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Frith Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Frith Road, at its junction with Drummond Road.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Drummond Road, Tamworth Place and Frith Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 04 January 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 3 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

CROYDON COUNCIL ONE-WAY WORKING AND CYCLE CONTRA FLOWS -ADDISCOMBE COURT ROAD AND CANNING ROAD, CROYDON The Croydon (Prescribed Routes) (No.1) Traffic Order 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 02 January 2018 made the above Traffic Order under Section 6 and 124 of Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce one-way working in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice, with an exemption to apply to pedal cycles.
3 Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 10 January 2018 and of all associated Orders can be inspected between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, at the Enquiry Counter, "Access Croydon' Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1 EA.
4. Copies of the Order may be obtained from Parking Design, 6th Floor Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1 EA.
5.
