VIEW ST TEMPORARY CLOSURE THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (VIEW STREET, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.1) ORDER 2018
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 22 January 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in View Street, from Derby St to Back Rumworth St. Alternative route will be via Gibbon St, Hillside St. The Order is necessary due to sewer repairs which will last for approximately 2 weeks and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
