Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(C2115 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2115 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton from its junction with A44 Evesham Road Egdon to Stonebow Road on to its junction with B4084 Worcester Road in order to facilitate construction works to new site entrance by RM Contractors.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A44 Evesham Road Egdon to Stonebow Road, B4084 Egdon Lane, B4084 Windmill Hill and B4084 Worcester Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days Commencing: 29 January 2018. (C2064 Stocks Road, Alfrick)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of C2064 Stocks Road, Alfrick from its junction with C2233 Alfrick to its junction with U62219 Blackhouse Lane in order to facilitate carriageway pre-surfacing works by WCC. Exemptions: to permitaccessto anyland or premisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2064 Longley Green to Stocks Lane Alfrick, C2064 Longley Green, C2064 Malvern Hills Boundary to Longley Green, C2070 Suckley, C2070 Suckley Road, C2065 Lulsley, C2065 Lulsley to Knightwick Road, C2065 Knightwick Road, C2065 Knightwick Road to Hopton Lane, C2245 Hopton Lane, C2064 Stitchins Hill, C2064 Bridges Stone, C2064 Alfrick Pound and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 2 week period). Commencing: 8 January
2018.

Ordermade:toclosethatpartofLambertRoad,Worcesterfrom itsjunction with HappyLandWesttoitsjunction with Comer Road in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerb replacement works by WCC. Exemptions: to permitaccessto anyland or premisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Happy Land West, A44 Bromyard Road, Comer Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days Commencing: 9 January 2018.
(Crown Street, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
ProposedOrder:toclosethatpartofCrown Street,Worcester from itsjunctionwith CypressStreettoitsjunction with Summer Street in order to facilitate gas works by Balfour Beatty.
Exemptions: to permitaccessto anyland or premisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Cypress Street; Alma Street; Summer Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 29 January 2018.
(B4084 Pershore Road, Norton)(Temporary 40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2018
Order made: to impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of B4084 Pershore Road, Norton, from its junction with C2055 Woodbury Lane for a distance of 800 metres in a southerly direction in order to facilitate Worcester Parkway Major Schemes. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 52 weeks. Commencing: 25 January 2018.

Order 2017.
On 21 December 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waitingatanytimeon thefollowinglengthsand side ofroadin Worcester:
Church Road (north side) from a point 85 metres east of its junction with Astwood Road for a distance of 129 metres in a westerly direction; (south side) from a point 10 metres west of its junction with Vauxhall Street to a point8metreseastofthatjunction;from itsjunction with AstwoodRoadfor adistanceof90metresin awesterly direction. Vauxhall Street (east side) from its junction with Astwood Road to its junction with Church Road; (west side) from its junction with Church Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Council also made an Order imposing a one-way traffic Order on the following roads:-
Church Road from its junction with Vauxhall Street to its junction with Astwood Road. Traffic may only proceed in
an easterly direction.
Vauxhall Street from its junction with Astwood Road to its junction with Church Road. Traffic may only proceed in a north westerly direction.
The Order will contain exemptions for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 11 January 2018.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

Foundry Street (east side) from its junction with Blockhouse Close for a distance of 43 metres in a southerly direction; (west side) from a point 6 metres south of its junction with Carden Street for a distance of 22.3 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)andwill containexemptionstoallowparking/accessfor certain purposesand limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 11 January 2018.

Merriman's Walk (east side) from its junction with Lansdowne Road for a distance of 10.3 metres in a northerly direction; (west side) from its junction with Lansdowne Road for a distance of 10.6 metres in a northerly direction. Lansdowne Road (north side) from its junction with Merriman's Walk for a distance of 11.5 metres in an easterly direction and 9 metres in a westerly direction.
Impose Resident/Visitor Permit Holders Only Parking - Lansdowne Road (north side) from a point 9 metres west of its junction with Merriman's Walk for a distance of 23.8 metres in a westerly direction; from a point 31.8 metres west of its junction with Merriman's Walk for a distance of 21 metres in a westerly direction. *NB This notice supersedes the advert dated 14th December 2017.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)andwill containexemptionstoallowparking/accessfor certain purposesand limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
