ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
BACK BLYTHE AVENUE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 779) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works to be executed on or near Back Blythe Avenue, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Back Blythe Avenue from its junction with Whetley Lane to a point outside the rear of No. 436 Thornton Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Back Blythe Avenue (unaffected section), Weetwood Road, Thornton Road, Whetley Lane and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on 9th January 2018 and remains in force until 17:00 hours on 12th January 2018 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 4th day of January 2018.
