An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by ELAINE BISSET respect of The Hair Group 23, High Street, Swindon, SN1 3EG. The Hair Group, 104, Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3BD.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises during the trading hours of Tuesday-Friday (inc) 12:00 hours - 20:00 hours. Saturday - 12:00 hours - 16:00 hours.
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 9.00 and 16.30. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
