WINDERMERE AVE TEMPORARY CLOSURE THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (WINDERMERE AVENUE, LITTLE LEVER) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.11) ORDER 2018
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 12 January 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Windermere Avenue, from its northerly junction with Park Rd, to its southerly junction with Park Rd. The order is necessary due to resurfacing works which will last for approximately 1 week and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
