FALCON ROAD & NELSON ROAD EN3 - TEMPORARY WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTION

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential highway works on Falcon Road EN3 & Nelson Road EN3, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Falcon Road EN3 & Nelson Road EN3) (Temporary Waiting & Loading Restrictions) Order 2017 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit:

(i) traffic from parking, waiting, loading and unloading on Falcon Road EN3 between no.s 40-53 on both the northern and southern sides and

(ii) traffic from parking, waiting, loading and unloading on Nelson Road EN3 between no.s 15 - 28 on both the eastern and western sides, in the London Borough of Enfield,

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works persons or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services personnel.

4. Whilst the prohibitions remain in force, the diversion route for pedestrians will be via on the opposite footpath.

5. The prohibitions will come into operation on the 2nd January 2018 and will continue in force for 18 months or until such time as the works have been completed.
