BREIGHTMET FOLD LANE TEMPORARY CLOSURE THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (BREIGHTMET FOLD LANE, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.3) ORDER 2018
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 14 January 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Breightmet Fold Lane, from a point 85m east of Milnthorpe Rd, for 100m in an easterly direction. Alternative route will be via Fairmount Ave, Crossdale Rd. The Order is necessary due to resurfacing works which will last for approximately 2 Sundays and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
