APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that I, East Lancashire Railway Co. Ltd have applied on 12/12/17 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for East Lancashire Railway Co. Ltd., Platform 3 and 4 - Buffet and Station Foyer, Bolton Street, Bury, BL9 OEY to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Mon-Sun 09.00-23.00 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - 'Music, 'Singing, 'Live performers, 'Playing of recorded sound between the following hours: Mon-Sun (including Bank Holidays) 12.00-23.00.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2,3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 OEJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 9.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
