TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

TRACK FROM WHORLTON LANE TO FORE LANE ORDER 2017 NO 468

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)

North Yorkshire County Council has made this Order to prohibit any mechanically propelled vehicle and ridden or accompanied horse from using the U7054 Track From Whorlton Lane To Fore Lane between the U1872 junction (Grid Ref: 448440, 502508) and Whorl Hill Farm (Grid Ref: 449167, 502985) for a temporary period of 547 days of closure (subject to access to premises) between 2nd January 2018 and 1st July 2019 due to potential danger to the public and/or serious damage to the road. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
