Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U72412 Attwood Lane, Holmer, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to

temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U72412 Attwood Lane from the junction of Turnberry Drive to Coldwells Road OS Grid Ref: 351085 / 242349. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Roman Road onto the A49 onto Church Way onto Attwood Lane and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the relaying of existing kerblines and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 8th January 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
