Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the B4224 Eign Road, Hereford, Temporary Parking Restriction Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit vehicles from parking from outside property number 21 -26, B4224 Eign Road Hereford.

The said restriction is required due to installing a new domestic gas service connection which is being carried out on or near the said road, and to allow traffic to continue to use the above road without restriction whist maintaining a safe working zone whilst the works are being carried out. The said restriction will come into force on the 15th January 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but is expected to be in place for 4 days.
