Application under the Environmental Permitting (England & Wales) Regulations 2016

The Company known as Platinum Products Ltd of Isca Works, Mill Parade, Newport NP20 2JQ has applied to Newport City Council for a Permit to operate an Installation under the above legislation for the process of storing, loading or unloading of cement at the above site.

The application has been placed on the public register held at: Noise and Neighbourhood Team, Newport City Council, Civic Centre Newport NP20 4UR. The application can be inspected free of charge by appointment only. The application can also be viewed on Newport City Councils website.

A person who wishes to make representations on the application should be made to environmental.health@ newport.gov.uk or in writing to Noise and Neighbourhood Team, Newport City Council, Civic Centre Newport NP20 4UR within 28 days of this notice.

Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request
