(KENNINGTON SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 18 December 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 25 December 2017 revokes and replaces the existing Oxfordshire County Council (Kennington) (Speed Limits) Order 2014 with the following effect: As a result of various speed limit changes to Sunningwell Parish in the

Boars Hill area, a corresponding amendment is made

affecting the adjoining Kennington parish. With the speed limit reduction from 40mph to 30mph for Foxcombe Road over Boars Hill and its terminal point being moved to a point 20 metres northeast of Red Copse Lane, the remaining length of 40mph (towards Oxford) is shortened by the same amount.
