Notice of Temporary Traffic Order Thame, Elms Road Prohibition ofWaiting & Loading Date of Order: 22 December 2017 Coming into force: 3 January 2018 This Order is being introduced because of road improvement works (Section 278) to be carried out in the highway which is anticipated to take till the 16 February 2018 to complete.

This Order is being introduced because of road improvement works (Section 278) to be carried out in the highway which is anticipated to take till the 16 February 2018 to complete.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit Waiting, Loading & Unloading in Elms Road between Windmill Road and Broadwaters Avenue. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the prohibition is in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services, utilities and for the works. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner
