THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF SHERWOODS ROAD,WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Sherwoods Road, Watford from its junction with A4008 Pinner Road north eastwards to its junction with Elm Avenue ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 170 metres.
An alternative route will be via A4008 Pinner Road, Bucks Avenue and Sheiwoods Road. The Order is needed because foul sewer connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 22 December 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARYCLOSING OF FOOTPATHWATFORD BOROUGH 45
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using thatlength of Footpath Watford Borough 45, from FP45 north to New Street, for an approximate distance of 25 metres. Alternative Route: via George Street The purpose of the Order is to enable church redevelopment works to take place. The section of Footpath Watford Borough 45 will be closed on or after 8th January 2018 for up to 6 months, when signs are in place. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (HIGH STREET AND STATION ROAD, RICKMANSWORTH) (RESTRICTED PARKING ZONE) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council in order to preserve amenities and prevent congestion proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to update the existing Restricted Parking Zone in Rickmansworth as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The aim of the new Order is to take account of updated legislation and permit an update in signing.

ROAD HUMPS NOTICE (BUSHEY HALL ROAD AND GROVE HALL ROAD,BUSHEY) 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council in order to improve road safety propose to make Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions and a20mph zone in part of Bushey as specified in Schedules 1and 2tothis Notice.
It is also proposed under sections 90A -90F of the Highways Act 1980 and in accordance with The Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999, to install flattopped road humps in those lengths of Bushey Hall Road and Grove Hall Road, Bushey as specified in Schedule 3tothis Notice.

a) from apoint 12.5 metres north west of apoint in line with the boundarybetween 66 and 68 Bushey Hall Road north westwards for 8metres.
b) from apoint 6.5 metres south east of apoint in line with the boundarybetween 47 and 49 Bushey Hall Road south eastwards for 46 metres to apoint 4metres north west of apoint in line with the boundarybetween 53 and 55 Bushey Hall Road and extending south westwards into Grove Hall Road for 10 metres.
c) from apoint 23 metres south east of apoint in line with the boundarybetween 61 and 63 Bushey Hall Road south eastwards for 11.5 metres.
The flattopped road humps will be constructed and lit in accordance with The Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999, at a height of approximately 75mm above the existing carriageway with on/off gradients of approximately 1:20.
