Notice is hereby given that
in a Petition presented by Barry McCrindle and Robert Dunlop to the sheriff at Kilmarnock craving the Court to order the name of Loudoun Fast Fit Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registration number SC476401 and having its registered office at 71 King Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1PT, to be restored to the register of companies, the sheriff by First Deliverance dated 13 December 2017 inter alia ordered any party claiming an interest, if so advised, to lodge answers within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
