1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 19th December 2017 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be:
(a) to designate the following parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying a disabled person's badge (referred to in this notice as a "mandatory bay"):
(i) outside No. 32 Fallsbrook Road;
(ii) outside No. 217 Fallsbrook Road;
(iii) outside No. 19 Farlton Road;
(iv) outside No. 57 Garratt Terrace;
(v) outside No. 114 Gassiot Road;
(vi) outside No. 20 Hebdon Road;
(vii) outside No. 79 Laitwood Road;
(viii) outside No. 1 Laverstoke Gardens;
(ix) outside No. 237 Lessingham Avenue;
(x) outside No. 14 Lucien Road;
(xi) outside No. 33 Moring Road;
(xii) outside No. 2 Otterburn Street;
(xiii) outside No. 26 Penrith Street; and
(xiv)on Hibbert Street adjacent to Nos. 267 to 337 York Road.
(b) to re-designate the mandatory disabled person's parking places as resident-specific disabled person's parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying the disabled resident's parking permit numbered as specified below:
(i) Strathan Close, on the north-west side outside Nos. 40 to 71 Strathan Close, numbered DB163;
(ii) Endlesham Road, on the south-west side outside No. 76 Endlesham Road, numbered DB164;
(iii) Strathan Close, on the south-east side outside Nos. 4 Strathan Close, numbered DB165;
(iv) Lavender Road, on the south side outside Nos. 19 to 55 Arthur Newton House, Lavender Road, numbered DB166;
(v) Wimbledon Park Road, on the east side outside No. 57 Wimbledon Park Road, numbered DB167;
(vi) Beclands Road, on the south-west side outside No. 15 Beclands Road, numbered DB168;
(vii) Eastbourne Road, the south-east side outside No. 50 Eastbourne Road, numbered DB169; and
(viii)Wandle Road, on the south-east side outside No. 41 Wandle Road, numbered DB170;
(c) to revoke the existing mandatory disabled person's parking places outside No. 38 Nightingale Square, outside Nos. 42 to 44 Nightingale Square and outside No. 82 Ribblesdale Road; and
(d) insofar as the locations mentioned above are within the Clapham South, Earlsfield, Putney, Tooting Broadway and Wandsworth Common controlled parking zones, the relevant parking places Orders be amended to take account of the proposed disabled persons' parking places.

4. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 22nd December 2017, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
5. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Department of Environment and Community Services at the address given below.
6. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
