NOTICE OF MAKING (Manor Park North & South) (Prohibition & Restriction Of Waiting Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th December 2017, Cheshire East Borough Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.

1. The effect of the Order, which will come into operation on 29th January 2018, will be to introduce Beech Drive (Both Sides) - From its junction with Thorneyholme Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a general northerly direction Thorneyholme Drive (North Side) - Between a point 13 metres south west and a point 14 metres north east of the centre point of its junction with Beech Drive
Thorneyholme Drive (Both Sides) - From its junction with Manor Park South for a distance of 10.5 metres in a south westerly direction Manor Park South (West Side) - From a point 19 metres south of the centre point of its junction with Thorneyholme Drive for a distance of 45 metres in a northerly direction
Bellingham Close (Both Sides) - From the projected kerb line of its junction with Manor Park North for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction
Woodlands Drive (Both Sides) - From its junction with Manor Park North for a distance of 10.5 metres in a south westerly direction
Townfields (Both Sides) - From its junction with Manor Park North for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction
Manor Park North (North Side) - Between a point 15 metres north west and a point 14 metres south east of the centre point of its junction with Townfields
Manor Park North (South Side) - Between a point 19.5 metres north west and a point 16 metres south east of the centre point of its junction with Woodlands Drive
Manor Park North (East Side) - From a point 12.5 metres north of the centreline of its junction of Bellingham Drive for a distance of 55.5 metres in a southerly direction

ii) Introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 9.30pm and 2:30pm to 3:30pm on;

Manor Park South (East Side) - From a point 19.5 metres south of the centreline of its junction with Thorneyholme Drive for a distance of 41.5 metres in a northerly direction
Manor Park South (West Side) - From a point 20 metres north of its junction with Thorneyholme Drive for a distance of 59.5 metres in a northerly direction

2. A copy of the Order, a map showing the restricted area, a statement of reasons for making the order, a copy of this public notice and a copy of the public notice of the proposal to make the order may be examined during the usual office hours at the offices of Cheshire East Borough Council at, Westfields. Middlewich Road, Sandbach. CW11 1HZ and at the Knutsford Library, Toft Road, Knutsford, WA16 0GW

3. Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
