NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Spirit Pub Company (Services) Ltd have applied to Wiltshire Council on 21st December 2017 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at The Mill House, Bath Road, Chippenham, Wltshire, SN14 0UL To vary the licensing plans to include the following: refurbishment of trade areas along with external decorations, repairs and new signage (no changes to the licensing plans); additional runs of fxed seating being added into the bar area; existing Wacky Warehouse to be retained; new external furntare layout and planters only. For full and further details please view the licensing plans. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the
premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation
in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 18th January 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation to:The Licensing Officer Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER.A record of the application may be inspected at the
offices of The Licensing Officer,Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services and Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham,
SN15 1ER, www.wiltshireegov.uk during normal office hours The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.
The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the applicaton. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or reckessy make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
