Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased late of Scarletts, Recreation Road, Colchester, CO1 2HJ, Formerly:1 Whittaker Way, West Mersea, Colchester. CO5 8LB, who died on 23rd October 2017, are required to cause to be delivered particulars thereof to the undersigned by 12 noon on the 14th Marsh 2018, after which date the Estate will distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which particulars have been received.
