PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF LEWISHAM TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 (AS AMENDED) TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE] (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 22 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following further Information has been received by the Council as local planning authority.
Threadneedle Pensions Limited, CARPETRIGHT, LOAMPIT VALE, LONDON, SE13 7SN. Demolition of the existing building and the construction of two buildings of 16 storeys and 30 storeys in height comprising 899sqm non-residential floorspace comprising (A1) Shops, (A2) Financial & Professional Services, (A3) Restaurants & Cafes, (B1) Business, (D1) Non-residential Institutions and (D2) Assembly & Leisure uses and 242 residential units with private and communal open space, on-site energy centre, cycle parking and associated landscaping and public realm works
Further information dated 13/12/17 in relation to the landscaping, public realms works, affordable housing provision and Addendum to the Environmental Statement have been submitted in support of the above planning application (dated 23/06/20171.
